Sadly, I’ve gotten so many powder pan items from ulta that came damaged. I just don’t understand why they don’t pack better. Good declutter. 👍🏻

Ugh, sadly I have also! They are really great about sending a new one, no problem, but it can be aggravating and I never get ahold of guest services to get a new one...That's on me. I used to receive almost every single Natasha palette from Sephora broken too and now they send them in a cardboard box within a cardboard box... we should get all things like that, lol

Looks like you hit hard pan one the taste blush, I would just scrape the top layer off and you’re good to go.

I think so too. I did scrape it off and it's still a super struggle to get anything on my skin. I gave it to my daughter and she likes it though!
