I spend 10 minutes just on my brows😮. But they're complete works of fiction. I like doing my makeup and I never rush the game. I'll skip breakfast or leave the kitchen a mess, but I wear a full face. Love your video!

That was wonderful! At 70 I am struggling to find a 5 minute everyday makeup routine & with a few modifications I’m encouraged to try many of your ideas. I am losing my vision & that adds some challenges, especially with mascara.

My favourite drug store mascara is Maybelline Sky High in the Burgundy Haze colour. I believe it’s designed for lighter coloured eyes (blue, green, hazel). I find it is less harsh than black coloured mascara and doesn’t look burgundy on the eyelash at all ❤❤❤

Hi Sue a very basic face is: Tinted moisturiser (currently the ilia skin tint) Cream blush Benefit gimme brow Mascara on top lashes One eyeshadow on lid blended into crease (cream or stick) Tinted lip balm or gloss A light dusting of powder in the t zone My current favourite mascara is “drug store” priced but I order on the internet. I need something budge proof as I have watery eyes and the clio kill lash with the red cap doesn’t move/smudge/fade/flake. You need waterproof remover but it’s worth it for me. I use the Bioderma biphase remover (it’s better than the Lancome IMO). Best wishes x

The drugstore mascara I've used exclusively for long over 10 years is Maybelline The Colassal Waterproof in Classic Black. It lasts like nothing else, helps hold a curl, and adds length with easy layering. Great stuff!

My favorite mascara is the Cover Girl Exhibitionist. It has a big bristle brush like Loreal Lash paradise but it seems to tame my unruly lashes better. I tried the Telescopic and Sky High but I can't do the skinny silicone brushes, they just don't grip my lashes. So funny how everyone is different when it comes to mascaras!

I love taking my time putting on my makeup, but if I have to rush I put some foundation on with my fingers, some concealer, cream blush, a one and done eyeshadow stick, mascara (always!), and tinted brow gel. But, I rarely need to rush, thank goodness.

I just subscribed and wanted to say 'hello'. I am a youngish (I've been told) 75-year-old. I love makeup still and find it brightens my day as well as my face. I'll add a heads up for Maybelline Sky High mascara. Since starting to use it a few months ago, I have been able to leave off curling my eyelashes -- it does a beautiful job of that along with being an excellent mascara. I've used L'Oreal Telescopic too, but find the Sky High gives me a bit more length and volume and curl as a bonus.

Love this quick and easy look, thank you. I do however have one question - I have a very deep mental crease and no matter what I do, my foundation or even tinted moisturizer settles in this crease. I have googled and watched videos and I've tried every trick there is, but nothing works. Do you have any tips and/or advice?

That's a difficult one! I have a slight one forming too. Maybe try some matte concealer. Anything dewy will reflect light and exacerbate it.

@@Fifty-sense thank you, but I've tried that. I've even tried eye shadow primer. The LA Girl one is matte - I've also tried patting setting spray into the crease as well before i apply my foundation. Thank you for your reply though, much appreciated.

No under eye moisturizing concealer 😮??????? Yet it’s the best way to look fresher and cancel the fatigue. I’m, 59 and that’s the 1st thing I do in the morning , and it immediately makes me look younger and awake . ! !

I did actually apply a tiny bit of inglot concealer off camera. I had to reshoot the beginning of the video so I forgot to mention it! But you are right. Concealer is a game changer for sure xx

I find it difficult to get my makeup on in 10 minutes especially the eyes. I have to use a good primer with some coverage let it dry and then begin the powder and shadows I must actually time myself one day.

I did mine in 3 mins today as I’m feeling like a hot mess recently, but I know things will get better. Moisturizer, green tinted SPF 50 primer and red tinted lip 🫦 balm. I look scary, because my eye lashes are blonde, so it looks like I have no eyelashes, nevertheless, I look like I have a natural, fresh faced look, even though I don’t, I’m secretly wearing a color corrective primer 🤫
