Hi Everyone!
Summer is here and I thought it would be the perfect time to do a quick and easy tutorial on how and where to apply powder bronzer.
I get asked so often where to place bronzer and I think there can be a bit of confusion on where to bronze and where to contour.
This video goes over the very basics of bronzer application.

That makes me so happy!!! It’s honestly so easy I promise. Just make sure you find a good bronzer for your skin tone, sometimes that’s the hardest part!

I thought the same thing and didn’t try bronzer until I was 44years old. When I was young it seemed all the bronzers were orange but thank goodness it’s not as hard to find one that looks good on pale skin. I’m 51 now and I’m so glad you were able to try bronzer while you’re still so young. ❤️

Stay out of the sun! Use bronzer instead!!! I'm 40 now and wish I would have used bronzer in my twenties. I now have malasma. SPF! It's your best friend 😊 With all of the different options now, you can look tan without bring orange.

I love your videos . I discovered you first in Susan yara’s channel and have tried almost every tutorial of yours . Honestly no professional artist teaches like the way you do. Hi Nikki just wanna say how much I enjoy and appreciate your videos. I'm probably one of the not so many "mature" faces (I hate that term wise face is much better! Lol) I've watched you since pretty early on and I always learn something from you that I can use. Technique wise that is. Sometimes my application has to be different but you put out great content, tips, etc. and explain it all so well. Recommended you to several of my "wise face" friends who feel as I do. First I told my daughters as I'd guess you're in about the same age range. I'm 56 and still love my makeup, fragrances, jewelry and so on. Always have and always will I think. I have to change the way I do things daily it feels at times as I see something that wasn't there yesterday or it's farther south lol. Just wanted you to know you're appreciated and I love how you explain things and it gives me new ways to tweak my application. Looking forward to what you'll bring us in the future. It’s so nice to see someone use the Girlactik Brand. I’ve been loving their Skin glow duo in Moonlight for about 2 years. It’s such an amazing, easy to use with your fingers type of glowy face product. Just a few taps on the high points of the cheeks and forehead! Done! I also love that I’m not the only one who holds my face makeup brushes between my middle and forefinger 😍 I typically hold eyeshadow brushes in the normal fashion but when I’m doing base work, blush , bronzer and highlight etc I hold them like you. The brushes seem to sit more loosely and comfortably in the hand ( for me 😅) Such a great precise tutorial. Loved it

I love to watch and then try what you teach, feeling much more confident in application of these game-changing products, without going overboard. Your aesthetic matches with mine ("cept I can't do the elegant wing, so don't try), as makeup should enhance but not color us into a false version of ourselves. ( though sly use of unusual colors is fun and stunning too) .Thanks!!!!

Would love to know some of your favorite powder bronzers! Every time I use non-glory bronzers I look muddy but I think it’s because I don’t powder my entire face so I will try that trick! Love your vids- super helpful!

Hi Nikki! Thank you for this video it's so helpful for me I've rewatched it so often always when I need my bronzer to look perfect! I'm still struggeling with finding the right bronzer for me. Hi Nikki! Great tutorial! I'm 55 and have combo skin - oily t-zone. I've been experiencing cakey makeup in the area of my blush and bronzer. I have to be careful with powder because it adds to the cakiness. I'm going to try and go very, very lightly with translucent powder. Do you have any more suggestions for me?

Thank you so much for these tips! 🤎 Would looove a video on contour- I am using Huda’s Tantour but no bronzer, I do use Giorgio Armani Neo Nude blush in 60 and it seems to give me a flushed glow combined but idk what I’m doing lol. In the end, I like the look but just wondering: Do I have to use bronzer or is my tantour/blush duo a no-no? TIA!

Do you recommend a matte or shimmer bronzer? I have always bought a matte bronzer, but recently bought a shimmer one and I’m kind of nervous to use it anywhere but my cheeks because I wonder if the shimmer would look strange anywhere else.

When I apply bronzer on my forehead it always makes my face look disproportioned; I tend to highlight the temple area going into the forehead instead. But I will try this method. Thank you for the suggestion!

This was great. I think too many people concentrate WAY too much into the hairline. Like, yes, you want to get that area too, but not to the point it looks like a solid border framing your face. More people need to watch your video 😊
