I just bought and applied blush and bronzer on my own for the very first time...did I look like a matryoshka for a hot minute? Yes. Did I manage to fix it (It actually ended up wearable), understand my mistakes, and be encouraged enough to try again tomorrow? Hell YES! Thank you very much for this tutorial. I think that it really live up to its title of makeup for non-wearers. Easy to understand, I didn't feel overwhelmed at all, uses few simple products, and gives some options to make adjustments to ones own preperences. Love It!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that if you happen to have Kroger grocery stores in your area, they make a dupe for both the Supergoop Glowscreen SPF 40 and Glow oil SPF 40. I love the revlon cream eyeshadows. Praline is another beautiful color, that is still kind of neutral but a little lighter if anyone is looking. It’s my favorite shade. Crème brûlée is a pretty champagne if you want something like that, still neutral which I love. I think I have like 6 shades. They last all day!

I have most of those products. I have been doing your other tutorial and it has worked beautifully with drugstore and higher end. I mostly did drugstore. I also have switched up and used my Laura Geller powders off and on for a natural look. Less is more with them to give a bit of color without the powdery cake finish. Buffing those is key. Your videos have been the most helpful to me. Thank you. ❤🥰

Great video! I would LOVE a natural eye makeup video for non-makeup wearers who have hooded eyes without a crease. I have struggled because I have Asian crease-less hooded eyes. I can't wear eyeliner on my lash line and I don't have a lot of area above my eye for shadow. I am SO curious what your tips would be.

I found this channel looking for Supergoop glow…I’m over the road trucking for the State prison and I can’t wear a lot of makeup…the only thing I think is missing is a setting spray. I also use the reset sunscreen during the day. This was the perfect scenario for my makeup routine. Yay!

Love your videos. Wish I could have watched you when I was a teenager! I use SPF 15 so having 30 in there is crazy for me. I've never had a sunburn, maybe my Italian side. No history of skin cancer in my family, thank goodness. My husband is Dutch and burns easily, he will buy 75+ sunscreen and swims with a swim shirt on! When we go to the beach we always look for a sunny/shady spot to share.

And get the most compliments when I wear my blush and bronzer cream products just around my eyes and temples in the very high points of my cheekbone and a little bit of bronzer instead of contour with just the smallest amount of concealer with mascara and browse this look is timeless beautiful and youthful

I completely enjoyed the entirety of this video. You taught me so much from working slowly, building intensity, and using tapping motions. I definitely love the blush tip by putting it all over the eyes to tie the look together. As for the Revlon shadow in the shade caramel, it is now added to my shopping list!! What you said at 14:40 about blending bronzer and blush very gently was helpful. I tend to rub too hard with my brush or beauty blender and then the makeup lifts and mixes with my bronzer and it looks cakey.

Another video I hope you make (unless I’ve missed it) is updating a look. I’m thinking of ladies in my age group (I turned 60 last Sept.) that still do their make up the way they did 20-30 years ago. I recently saw a friend who used to have great style. She even worked for a well known cosmetics brand! She was still doing her make up the way she did it in her late twenty’s. It looked awful! Even if we don’t wear a lot we need to update our look at least every 10 years.

Blush is good on the eyes for when you're in a rush! I did that the other day. I love that carmel eyeshadow. It's pretty and easy! No. 7 did reformulate that powder, by the way. Another KZfaqr did a side by side, and the old one looked better. That's probably why you couldn't find it for a while. I do love that powder for setting matte foundations as an oily skinned person but haven't tried the new formula. Thanks for the video! I just subscribed!

I love this video, thank you so much for taking the time to share it. I'm a middle aged adult and am interested in just starting to wear makeup. I love all the drugstore finds, but could you possibly give us some ideas on some other brushes? I honestly can't afford the brushes that you used in this video. A drugstore makeup brush tutorial would be awesome! I don't really know what brushes to even use! I'm literally Makeup 101 at 50, lol! Thank you again for going slow and actually explaining and teaching us the correct way to apply. I love you and all of your video's! You're so patient! 😘

I LOVE Elf ive been telling people about it for years since it first appeared in the UK. It absolutely rivals the more luxury brands. I have a good mix in my collection. Their concealer is the best ive tried to date.

Your are the best Nikki at teaching you gave so many tips and tricks to us all. I love the tip about NOT bringing the cream cover right to the edge of the face. Brilliant. I find it is especially helpful if you have light hair like my silver hair. Also the pop of blush colour on the eyelid is really pretty. xxoo

I love the Revlon colorstay crème eyeshadow in espresso! I swear it’s so easy to apply and great everyday color. That is my goat mascaras lol! I love your videos because you’re a great educator! I’ve had to change up my makeup routine as I get closer to 50 ugh! Thanks so much ❤

Three things! 1.) ELF is doing so good rn; 2.) I love the L'oreal Voluminous! I think it kinda sucks how staples like that never get mentioned just because they're not new....that's why i love like "hidden gems at the drugstore" videos because they usually give the oldies but goodies a chance; 3.) I'm the opposite of the target demo for this video: i love wearing makeup BUT I struggle to use it in a natural way. I love makeup so i love a look you can tell is makeup but sometimes I want to do a softer look but i fail because I can't seem to find the right balance. Also because my main goal in makeup is to make my eyes look bigger and emphasized and that seems really hard with no-makeup makeup. I'll try the tips in this video to see if it works, but would you be interested in doing a video with that premise? Like how to tone down bold makeup into a softer look?
