The amount of drive you have and passion for creating and making is the stuff of dreams. If you would have shown me this, then told me you've never sculpted anything before, I 1000% wouldn't believe you. The attention to detail, the style, all of it is absolutely phenomenal. Coming from a dude in his mid 30s, don't ever let anything get in your way or keep you from doing what you're passionate about. You're crazy inspirational and I can't wait to see what's next for you man!

Dude, I'm so glad you got to collaborate with him, because that got us to know your channel! Honestly, you did a fantastic job with the sculpture, it looks sick. And I loved how you incorporated all the problems and struggles you had to face during the creation of the sculpture. Many aspiring artists see their favorite creators on youtube, and the final cut of the video shows so little of the problems they have to face, and the times they fail, and I'm sure those aspiring artists are grateful to see how it actually is to deal with that stuff. Excited to see more of your work dude!

I love how weird you act meeting him, while it's so relatable. I think everybody would be awkwardly nervous. Your confidence doing this is huge. The amount of work you put into something not sure if it works out in the end. Great work and very entertaining video and video idea!

Miles! This is soo awesome. I love all about this. First off, the status is great looking. Cool project in itself. But then you added a whone new layer of the Ten Hundred-collab. Which is through the roof! But then 10 Hundred made a video painting the sculpture and featuring you in the most awesome way. You have definitely proved that the sky is the limit young man.

I follow TenHun for a few years now and always loved his art! But what you did with it totally blew it out of the park! I can´t even imagine how much brain energy was needed to translate the 2D pic into a sculpture! You see an old man standing (okay, sitting) here in absolute awe and aware that you are an absolute genius! Oh, and you see an old man that is a new subscriber! I came from ten hun’s channel. I’m a sculptor as well. One thing I noticed that would help you with sanding in tight spots. Excel Sanding Sticks. They get in tiny areas and can be used on many different mediums. You’ll love them! Also, the hoodie strings you made out of Sculpey would have been less fragile if you had used CosClay. It acts exactly like Sculpey but it flexible. It’s crazy how it works. At age 17 for me I was so insecure about my art. Good on you that you have more confidence! Keep on keeping on and you’ll be up there with the greats!!! Great job!

If you sprinkle some sawdust onto the glue between the wood slabs, it keeps them from sliding around during clamp/glue up! I learned this recently and it was such a great tip, I wanted to share!

I'll never understand how someone goes from zero, to be able to scuplt anything on this level. Yes, I get it, I'm supposed to pretend to understand that it takes a long time develop and hone this kind of skill; but when I see a finished product like this it's still baffling to try to comprehend how on Earth someone can do that. Anyway, your reaction to Ten Hundred's acceptance was priceless. As for the final showreel, beautiful, that thing is gorgeous. It that were my work I'd find it hard to let it go.

nailed it . . . . . I'd only add that maybe the arms since they're separate pieces could have been attached to the body with some wooden dowls or biscuits for that extra strength, might have prevented the fall damage somewhat.

Well Miles I discovered you before Ten, so you got my subscription first 😅. I used to work in a carpenter shop in the Navy where I fell in love with tools. I enjoyed watching you create this this work tremendously. I too am highly inspired by other’s work so I’m thrilled Tenhun accepted your offer. I make needle felted sculptures and draw and paint. I started out with crocheting and knitting, but often they are very terribly misshaped objects so I have moved on to consider using them in my head for art purposes rather than wearable objects. Thanks for the inspiration. Even though I don’t use the same medium it’s still applicable.

This was such an awesome project to watch Miles, as a fellow artist and mega TenHun fan I love the idea of a collab like this. It's awesome to see what happens when you persevere as an artist, we all get that "this sucks I wanna quit" feeling during a big project, but it was cool to see you stick to it and finish this. I also thought the final painted version came out super sick and now you've got me looking into buying wood working equipment haha.
