@@boggy7091 you can see on page ten and eleven in ch 69 they’re many metres apart with her nowhere near his fire. And that last part sounds like cope to me. And also those dolls aren’t weak at all either like they’ve previously shown to be able to overwhelm Denji and keep up with him. (Before they were potentially amped) those same dolls then helps Santa and inhibit Denji (one straight up rams him with a car) all while he’s on fire and she still loses. Those two problems for Santa doesn’t change the fifty Denji had and over came. And Makima > Nerfed Pochita =~ Denji.

Ok but the fight against Makima and Drak ness never really concluded. I believe if Makima wouldve make it her goal to kill darkness then she would make a plan, gotten her necesary devils in her control and went after darkness and killed it. In the manga she wanted to avoid uneccesary fighting so she went to hell by her own will to get the others out of there, so that she can continue her plans. She was never scared of darkness.

The darkness devil would've literally killed any devil that was under her control, like with what it did to the stone devil. It just automatically teleported it into its grasp. The darkness devil is a primal fear, so it's impossible for any regular fears to ever defeat it. Kinda proven already since it's never died once while every devil under her control has

The fear system isn't entirely based of our fears, since darkness is feared as a concept, but Makima is feared as both a concept and a devil, since only devils really know about primal fears and darkness devil, but Makima is feared as both a devil and a concept, and it's also known that devils fear other devils like how power fears both darkness and Makima.

@@YmirSS No they are on par on their own. Makima has shown to be able to deal with it herself and give it a hard time, so you just intook the information wrong, they are individually on par with the primal fears. 1 horsemen vs 1 primal fear would probably be leaning towards the horsemen side.

Let's not forget that the darkness devil instantly fully healed in 2-3 mini panels from Makima's attack, it didn't create any body holes or caused any knockback, it simply made it bleed internally and quickly healed as if nothing happened. That was the same attack that sent the Chainsaw Devil into the exosphere or thermosphere of earth. In addition, Denji's chainsaws could not come into contact with the Darkness Devil due to its invisible barrier. Those events alone should prove a massive endurance and defense feat for the darkness devil. The falling devil also fully regenerated with little to no effort after being destroyed, blitz'd and made into small pieces. Denji couldn't even eat her as she started regenerating in a form of a light energy source from inside Denji's stomach. It's theorized that the primal fears like the darkness devil and falling devil are possibly nigh absolute immortal to some extent "as of yet", they can't die even if they want to. Those fears are just too fundamental to be erased. It will alter the universe's perspective of reality if they do cease to exist. On another note: The darkness devil was about to kill Makima for good had the bells rang when she got stabbed by the sword of darkness. If Makima had any confidence or intention of settling it out with the Darkness Devil, she would've done so a long time ago or right then and there. Now you're asking yourself, why would a primal fear have a useless and simple ability like a telekinetic sword just to stab a devil, it sounds useless right? The sword of darkness is shown to nullify regeneration just like any of his telekinetic and dark matter manipulation abilities. The sword of darkness causes darkness to seep into the victim's body causing an exploding type of hemorrhage, the blood is violently and constantly manipulated by dark matter similar to Power's abilities when Denji attacked Makima with that blood crafted chainsaw. Luckily, Makima and the rest escaped hell at the last second.

The darkness devil he literally decided to solo the entire cast, killed the most of the devils in that fight, injured power and denji, Makima arrived and she exploded a part of the body of the devil, her arm got broken, The darkness devil tried to injure makima with a sword in her belly, and the devil sae makima escaping with everyone. Honestly I gotta disagree, since their meeting was more like makima injuring then trying to save the cast, I believe Makima could've held her own or possibly even won, she has also shown better hax, abilities, endurance and biq. She is strong enough to have a primal fear be anxious and intimidated of her, which could be seen within that moment. IMO horsemen>primal fears or the horsemen are primal fears. So for now Makima solos

@de_a_cordo_com_meu_cu I'm a fan for her, but I'm not being biased, because she has better feats and in their face off she literally crushed him and went on a little walk to a deceased body and used it to teleport the people out, she only escaped for her goal, since even if she killed darkness it'd come back as a reincarnation, and he wanted Denji too, so Makima did better even when she needed to space way more. Darkness devil doesn't solo and you're biased ( if you are able to type English could you please reply in English cause I can only make out a few words ).

@thisisme2175 She can XD, and she can regenerate in hell aswell, so it won't do none. Also when she was transporting a knife went through her? She wasn't even "losing a fight rather she was attacked whilst leaving, and she wasn't escaping from loss and fear, but rather left since darkness was after Denji's heart and she needed it. She had shown in the first second she could damage him, and that she had him on guard meaning she's a threat. He would have to kill her millions of times meaning she wasn't close to death. She has shown better feats and when that happened she wasn't fighting. She had her arm twisted after calling Hell devil and impaled with a sword meaning he only attacked her when she was leaving hell, so she probably could defeat him. Horsemen seem to be threats to devils and humans and the primal fears think of them of beings who need to be executed immediately. And she could fight way longer then 10 minutes. At the moment we know primal fears are the strongest of devils, but only 4 people talk about the horsemen or possibly 6, meaning people may consider then just primal fears since they all are ancient ( feared around cavemen years or even before which is considered ancient times ).

@thisisme2175 Yes as per contract? But regenerates quickly. Also Makima has been feared since ancient times as well, supposedly around when there were cavemen, or even earlier since I'm lacking on historical knowledge. Yes the power scaling is weird, but Makima was definitely strong enough to damage it and which devil she made a contract with ( unless she can control an invisible force using her "control" ability ). We know Darkness had never experiences death, but we don't know about the horsemen, other then Makima who if was a primal fear is no longer one due to dying, unless it doesn't work like that then Nayuta would be considered a primal fear if Makima was still one. We know they have never died, but we don't know that if they do die that they lose the "primal fear" power or title.

@thisisme2175 He was trying to lure her in to kill her since she wanted denji too. From what we know Makima has yet to go full out even when against Pochita, she was having others do it although she used some contracts she didn't show her true power entirely. Darkness actually wanted to kill her due to Denji's importance, but he was only able to get 3 attacks in and suffered 1 attack, but Makima was only there to collect Denji rather then to fight Darkness.

@to3050 I don't know if you were able to spot it in the manga but the darkness devil was about to kill Makima in hell. In chapter 66, the darkness devil uses the sword of darkness to stab Makima as she makes her escape at the last second. Now you're asking yourself, why would the Darkness Devil use such a simple useless attack like a sword stab in order to kill Makima, it sounds pointless right? I mean a primal fear telekinetically using a sword, it sounds like a useless attack against devils right? Well the thing is, the darkness devil has been shown negate healing abilities in all of his attacks. Proven by the angel devil's inability to heal after the event. (hybrids are the only exception). In addition, the sword of darkness is shown to cause a type of explosion inside the violence fiend's body immediately after the sword bells ring. Darkness or rather dark matter seeps into the body and causes constant hemorrhage from within making healing useless because the blood is being manipulated, similar to Power's ability when Denji attacked Makima with the blood made Chainsaw. Had the bells rung at that time, Makima would've exploded from the inside with a huge hemorrhage caused by dark matter manipulation. Luckily they escaped at the last second.

And also in their encounter she was unable to kill it permanently, because in hell their is no light at all.

@@crazyfam2261 If Makima has a light source/creates one she wins, but you do realise many devils and mostly primal fears want to kill the horsemen which can be seen with Yoru AND Makima both being a target of them, so Makima likely died from them. Also Makima is definitely primal fear strong, because she did more damage then Darkness in their encounter and Darkness wasn't able to keep Denji for it's goals meaning he struggled to stop Makima, and Makima was trying to save everyone and keep him at bay, as well as making a contract using a decapitated body meaning it was impressive for her and that she is a definite threat to darkness. Makima may as well also be a primal fear, because the description of a primal fear is that they are ancient and extremely strong. Makima (control/conquest) was likely born during when cavemen were or even before and those times are considered 'ancient' meaning she fits one description of a primal fear, and secondly Makima is insanely strong and was able to damage a primal fear and was a genuine threat to it ( darkness was serious ). This means Makima may truly be a primal fear as well, instead of just being on par, since primal fears supposedly are ascended fears that are basically godlike figures to devils, and if Makima can damage it, and do all I explained before she is definitely on par/is as power as a primal fear in chainsaw man.

@@H4kuii primals are never shown to be serious they're taking everything as a joke, even falling is simply playing with her food and with humans in general, denji views her as a threat while she views everything as a cooking show lol. Darkness was caught of guard by makima since she spawned out of nowhere and she had put her sign first and he still insta regenerated and crushed her entire arm plus shoved a sword in her, but I'll give it to her since she managed to escape and save some of them and am pretty sure darkness didn't even account to her managing to escape him, but he did bid her to come save them (according to makima) so he was confident in killing her solo along with the entire cast but he didn't account for her smarts since she utilized a corpse to sacrifice itself, but she's nowhere near the level of the primals. Also there's no indication that devils generally hate the 4 horsemen, we know that they have a hierarchy in hell and yeah am sure that primals are extremely feared in hell, meaning other devils want them out of the picture but that implies to any upper tier devils. And eeeeeveryone hated makima, and she herself hated her siblings lol, while something is strange with yoru and we'll see what that thing is in part 2 and we know famine likes her even tho that's not reciprocated, as for famine we see her making deals with devils and we can speculate that she's playing a crucial part in this end of the world prophecy so we don't know if she's hated loved or whatever with her, and fanily death who's a horsemen but also a primal lol so what's up with that ??
