as an owner of the 3dr who paid 1.2m for it (a/t), this 5dr is obviously overpriced. the extra 2 doors shouldn't cost half a million more

@@lestercamacho got it in 2022 before the prices started to become ridiculous. sana bumile pa ako earlier, the m/t variant was less than 1m when it was first released here

Great review… I’ve been holding off on buying a Jimny, due to the 3 door being impractical for me. Now that the Phils brought in a 5 door, I’m sold. Got my reservation paid and just now waiting for my variant to arrive at the dealership.

As always, great unbiased review. Suzuki obviously capitalizing with the Jimny since their small cars can't compete with the Toyota(Daihatsu) loving Pinoys.

Man I love the tunes you use for the reviews! Also yeah, sanayan lang siguro sa look ng 5-Door. Still like the 3-door more because it's smaller, but the 5 door does look more all right in-person

Speed and braking test will not be accurate if there's no maximum number of capacity seated. If you're alone that's gonna be lighter and not accurate.

Even with max sesting capacity individual passenger weight is variable. So how can that be accurste. Its just addituonal data. So sir Zach kept it simple. 1 person 1 body weight plus weight of vehicle. --admin

Been eyeing this 5-door Jimmy for quite a while now. ❤ Pero hnd tlga pwede pang family. Maliit masyado second row. I was expecting na mas malaki sya versus 3-door version. Pero sadly masikip talaga kask nasubukan namin sakyan sa display unit sa SM Southmall. Pang solo or duo comfy ride lang talaga.

Has to be the most overpriced vehicle out right now... Same engine? Really? It's way heavier now. People should just get a CX5 AWD, or a Crosstrek and mod it. It should have similar capabilities with this Jimny but way more comfortable and practical...

@@rondg2 With a lift kit, the Crosstrek comes close. The CX-5 with a lift kit is arguably even closer since it has a real transmission (not cvt)

@@Jerome-iwnl haha where did you get that idea. not even close! crosstrek/cx5 don't have 4x4, low-range, and solid axles for wheel articulation. sa approach angle palang sasabit na ang crosstrek and especially the cx5

@rondg2 Doesn't the CX5 have low range gearing with its automatic transmission? And the AWD system of mazda, with the offroad mode actually works incredibly well. When it comes to the approach angle, I think that can be helped by having a 2-3 inch lift. Like I said, Jimny is still gonna be better, but a modified CX5 AWD gets pretty close from what I've gathered.
