Engineers only have to make it one time. The Machinist has to make it a thousand times or more. This is no great feat of engineering. A flat head with electronic ignition sounds like a mistake Ford might have made in the 1960s. Mad Props for effort. Machining, No! Engineering, No!

I know an RC pilot who builds his planes from scratch. When he could not find a suitable engine for one project, he took a machining course at night and eventually built his own two stroke glow fuel engine. I call that hardcore.

Not only is the machining impressive, but I love that the engine uses spark ignition rather than compression ignition. Also having the ability to advance/retard the ignition is really nice.

The video is very interesting and very clean, really this is an interesting thing that I have found on KZfaq, hopefully the next video will be made again but 2 cylinders or more, it should be even more exciting
