A beer caddy made from Bubinga with Birch accents, finished with Osmo 1101.
Though in this video I mark the screw hole layout on the sides individually, when batching out a bunch I prefer setting up a fence on the drill press table with a stop block. This allows for marking one side only and use that layout on dozens of them, one hole at a time. It's a worthy timesaver.

Hey, I know! I managed to kill my laptop and lose all of my kitchen footage so I plan to just put together one final wrap up video once it is all installed, hopefully it will be installed in about a month! Since I posted my last video I have only had 2 weeks at home due to uni so haven't had much chance to get woodworking done :(

Nice piece. You mentioned that your planer has snipe. Is it bad or barely noticeable?
@MauriceBlok
@MauriceBlok 8 жыл бұрын
+Marius Hornberger No, no, you misunderstood (or I wasn't being very clear) I do not suffer from snipe with this machine much. Of course, when feeding a three meter long and heavy board it happens (unless when I use roller stands to sufficiently support the piece)

Ah, someday i'll hopefully own a (virtually) snipeless machine. I can't wait to make these for Xmas presents. While thinking about making these in batches, i thought that it would be easy to make extra and sell them on Etsy or similar. What is your philosophy on people selling handiwork based on your designs? I would first and foremost give you full credit in the product descripition. Please keep in mind if you have any qualms about this, i will NOT do this. (PS, this is a question specifically for Maurice, not looking for an open forum).
