You can create your own princess style lines. For the front, the princess line is positioned mid shoulder through apex down to center of waist. On the back: mid shoulder, down along the shoulder blade to mid back waist.

I’ve been staring at my curved side bodice piece and the straight front panel trying to figure out I pin a curve onto a straight line - and the Butterick pattern was no help at all. Thank you, I now know what to do.
