I heard the one near Butler High School go off for the test. Heard it loud and clear in the cafeteria. I know, it's not meant to be heard inside.

"I know, it's not meant to be heard inside" Back when tornado sirens were first installed, TV didn't broadcast for 24 hours and NOAA Weather Radios were not as advanced. Most weather radios were only radios and did not automatically go off if there was an emergency. Normal radio exsisted, but AM stations stretch across states. So yeah, they were meant to be heard inside.

That still doesn’t change anything. If the warning polygon is right in the middle of the county it covers a little of both zones, it still will cause all sirens to sound even sirens not in the warning box, still crying wolf.
