Making a Cookie Clock

Im going to be attempting this here in a few weeks and just had a few questions. Ideally just need to make sure I have the right tools thats all! Angle grinder with what kind of wheel? Plunge router with which bit?

What is a good dry number to make cookie clock's and end tables and coffee tables. I'm trying to do great work, and I need to increase my income. I'm retired and can't work any jobs. Thanks for any advice.

How long do you season the slabs? I just got a bunch of fresh cut red cedar slabs.

G'day, the general rule for slabs is a yer per inch of thickness but cookies are probably a bit quicker. The hardest thing with cookies is stopping them from splitting as they dry.
