Hello You probably aren't aware but you have been saving my sanity with seeing this. I'm attempting to do dresses. I've never tried not do I sew with a machine. I'm old , 69 this is what I need to feel like I have some sense of purpose. Silly to some, but you are literally saving my sanity.... I absolutely love what you finished here ! I know what you mean. ❤I'm going to be 36 and while I've always wanted to become an established seamstress i never learned and the older I got I was afraid I could never figure it out or work a machine efficiently. Seeing her beautiful creations and yes reading your comment definitely puts a spark of inspiration back in my heart to learn. Esp if it feels like it's your life's purpose to learn these masterpieces I say Go for it love. You can do it..and we're never too old (If anything your age just means you have more wisdom and creative knowledge seeing so many different styles and patterns of style and fashion through the years. I hope you make this year the one you learn sewing and become as good at it as you hope to. Best of luck

this video is so relaxing, with the music choice and the bits in between of just the cutting and sewing noises on their own. i know it’s a bit of strange thing to comment on a dress making video, but the audio is so clear! i really enjoy the editing and camera angles chosen. as for the actual main point of the video, the dress is beautiful as always. this one has a bit of a fancier design on the top than some of the dresses in your shorts, which i think makes it a great choice for a longer video. i don’t know much, if anything, about fashion design, but as someone who likes to draw, i find the shape of the dress to be lovely. the open tie slit on the back, plus the hanging, opaque triangles with the sleeves (don’t know what else to call them lol) is so pleasing to look at. and those shapes then create another triangle on the center of the chest! it really drew my eyes to the top, and crated a nice contrast with the flowing bottom half of the dress. tldr, it’s so fun seeing the process behind these cute and elegant dresses. thank you for the video!

You should never use fabric scissors to cut paper as it dulls them and can make the blades when they cut fabric chew it up, you should have 2 pairs of scissors clearly labled fabric, paper. Very beautiful dress though.
