Adam, check the regional airports around you as they have 100 octane avgas - in Florida it’s around $4 - $5 a gallon. It’s what I use in my shifter kart and track car.

You could put those little suction cup things with the key rings in them to roll the window up and get it to seal from the inside

Take the driver window and set the acrylic one on it upside down with some weight and set it in the sun or by a space heater for a bit and let it conform. It will give it some rigidity too.
