You sewed your top to a pair of tightie-whities... I'm OFFICIALLY a fan, and subscribed. (ahem.. I realized that we're kinda the same person.. Reasons:) 1. I too- went to Vegas, and felt like... "damn, I wish I had brought my sewing machine.." 2. I don't drink (anymore, unless on rare occasion- it's just not my "thing" anymore), I don't gamble (unless it's not my money- and I have (legitimately) nothing else to do...), and I don't "party".. so... Vegas isn't really FOR ME. 3. I often do VERY unconventional things to make something work. (I pride myself on being resourceful, and creative. When you grow up dirt-poor (the kind of poor where mom can't afford SUGAR for the kool-aid, adds water to the milk to make it last/uses powdered milk (barf), and occasionally had no heat or electricity- ALWAYSSSSS at the worst possible time.. Winter in Michigan -_- ) you learn pretty quickly, to make-do with what you have!

You should do a video of buying a outfit from the thrift store and giving it a makeover

Her: makes dress which looks stunning 10 year old me: has just learned sowing, but still can’t make the dress because I need too much cloth ( I’m in lockdown ) and I can’t hand stitch that much and I don’t have a machine so instead I make clothes for toys ( I have about a million)

That's a great way to practice! I make a lot of doll clothes as prototypes of clothes I want to make for myself for my little sister's doll! Saves fabric and gets you really good at hand sewing :)

I first started out sewing by making dresses for my barbies when i was little! That’s such a good way to learn :)). And yeah hand stitching full sized clothes takes sooooo long. Machines are definitely better for that 😂. But you can practice w/toy clothes for now and make designs you want to make full sized and one day I’m sure you’ll have a sewing machine and then you can use your knowledge to easily make tons of dresses and clothes :)). Good luck!!!

My God, Micarah, you could throw on a potato Sack and would still Look gorgeous. But then you take a table cloth and make an amazing toga-esque evening dress out of it, you are just SO talented! It is always a pleasure watching your videos, not only because whatever you make turns out great but also because you are really funny and entertaining. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos! :)
