That knife is incomplete, a saduka knife has vertical fullers so food don't stick to it when cutting

Cheap factory ones often do... Hand crafted, and traditionally made Japanese ones with properly done convex geometry not so much because it's not needed... But you probably know better than the person that does this for a living, used them daily, and has made countless numbers of them so cheers ☕👊☕
