4 ай бұрынNew molds are the absolute best. Makes hard jobs so much easier and get to offer that much more. Here i do a start to finish on drilling the mold, laying out the blocking, forming and then finishing this beautiful holster.
The retention on the mold needs to be adjusted slightly but i can also say that .093 thick material had a helping hand on how hard the retention was at first. The thicker the material the stiffer and harder it is to work with.
Hopefully you gained a tip or two on this journey and looking forward to the next video.

I've ordered a lot of holsters over the years, and I really appreciate your attention to detail. I just received a holster (for a P220R no less) and they forgot the primary retention point in the trigger guard. Doh! In fairness, they've never done that before so I'll let it slide presuming they fix it for me.

Is there an optimal holes/sq in in the vacc mold to get a decent “pull” ? Preferred locations of the holes or a pattern ?
