To train your dog when on a walk: When you walk them outside, and they stop to sniff, let them do it for a few seconds. But if they take too long, give the leash a quick but sharp double tug. This is a signal to them that it’s time to go now. If they do not listen, then pull them along until they continue the walk . But always give the quick double tug before pulling them away, so they can learn and recognise it’s time to leave. Then of course reward with a treat. :) This helped my dog and we learnt this from puppy training lessons! :D And also if they get agressive or too excited when they see another dog walk by, distract them with a treat when another dog is walking by. So they learn to focus on you whenever another dog walks by.

When CongR bites, you can give her a chewing toy instead ☺️ I raised 3 puppies in my life and it always worked. I never reprimanded them because they can’t help it, their little teeth and jaws need work. But I always gently redirected them to a toy, so they quickly learned that biting was for toys, not people or furniture.

I remember I think Guremi Uni taking a class to make rugs like that and remember it was tedious to do. When I watched you start it I was thinking "oh it's just time consuming but easy enough". Seems I forgot about the thread cutting though. CozyGirl needs some scissors for craft projects because ouch if you have to force them to cut that much. With CongR, remember to encourage potty training outside while on walks so it gives you less to clean up at home. Basically lots of praise when he goes in an appropriate spot. Some dogs require a bit getting used to grass if they've only gone on the wee pads. On contrast, one of my dogs who was a shelter rescue as an adult was used to only going on grass and would hold it if he was on a paved area.
