That's so cool, I always wondered how people balanced art dolls, the fishing weights just seems obvious now haha. How long do these projects usually take?

If I can put a lot of time on them, I make them in two weeks to a month depending on the size, the complexity and if I have to create the pattern. This one took me three months to make because I didn't have much time to work on it.

Do you bake it on the plastic armature? it doesn't melt?

I didn't bake the armature with the head. I heated the head a little with a hot air gun to melt the hot glue and removed the plastic armature before baking. But I have seen some artists putting the plastic armature in the oven and it is fine as long as it doesn't make contact with a metal or glass surface.
