The rooster wins. But you need hold down clamps, preferably on one side, instead of the side clamps. You're pinching the saw blade on that rip cut and risk kickback

Nice idea. The holding stop blocks would only work, if the piece is the length that fits end to end. Nice idea though 👍

That's exactly what I need to get repeatable rip cuts for making slats for cutting boards. I need a fixed fence so I can take a wider board and rip off the width I need to make a 2" slat.

Super !

In my plans was to do almost the same thing because i was trying to find a way to cut straight board s from pallets.the final stage tht you secure the wood its much better way that the clumbs i was thought to do! Thank you bro

Espabilado.

I just made one this morning, it was fine until I realized, the circular saw blade was too high. Can even reach the base board 🤣🤣🤣. I have to redo it tomorrow and put a huge thought on how high the rail should be that it can go through the material supposed to be cut.
What happens when the wood need to cut shorter or longer?
@woodworkingtoolstv2 жыл бұрын
yes, I make for my pallets.

I was skepticle of a 20 volt circular saw. But I have several B&D 20 volt batteries and the drill Works great kzfaq.infoUgkxjpBI8OOeUXib_iT7UomCrQ-uauwZJ62c . I saw the 4 stars and some glowing reviews so decided to purchase this saw. Well, leave your money in your pocket and run a cord because this little saw won't cut

Can we attach something at top of rail so that machine won't fly in case of kickback?
