A short roll of paper or a straw could be used to keep the hole clear of filler etc so that you weren’t having to deal with the light string while creating the base. Great piece though.

Oh my spooks she is going to love it! If someone in my art class want's a beauty and the beast enchanted rose & (no batteries included) in big size for their birthday, me and my art teach will know just how to make it but my hands will do all the work.

That bottle of “grass”…. What exactly was that?????

It‘s modeling grass, i get it at the architecture store. And the bottle is a grass sprayer bottle, a super cheap and easy way to make lawns. Pretty sure you can find it online, at least i did :)
