Rockler carries an excellent selection of high quality knife sharpening products including strops and green honing sticks with 1 or 2 micron grit.

I like the comments during the fast forward. I think most other strops I've seen used, like with Paul Sellers, they use the rough back of the leather though. I think it bufs the edge even more as it holds more compound. Chromium Oxide might be the name you were looking for?

Paste the leather on both sides and use a different chromium oxide, like the video 😘👍

Chromium oxide is the right name for the green compound.
