This is my entry into the "Enlighten Us Challenge" presented by the Because We Make Podcast. Originally I misread this as "The enlightenment challenge" so I took the approach to try tools and techniques that I have never done before. For this project I had to learn CNC work and program design, Tinsmithing, and acrylic work. Building this lamp was a challenge because I utilized almost every tool in my workshop from blacksmithing to machining to welding to CNC to woodwork and finally to electrical work. The best part is not having to wait for Krispy Kreme's Hot Now sign to turn on!

I finally had time to watch this all the way through. Agreed! You pulled out all the tools and machines for this project! I never get tired of watching blacksmithing, lathe, and millwork. Nice work, and very innovative. It was very funny... I actually said, *"sketchy"* out loud just as you put it on screen! LOL!

If you anneal your copper it will be butter soft to turn into shape.... and yes, that was sketchy as hell. Nice donut warmer.
