The 4030C loader has a 3 1/2” opening, so you’d have to get a plug 1” wider. I just ordered some, we’ll see how they work.

Good deal. I knew the 4030C loader was rated a bit above the 4030. Makes sense that it would have a large tube. Wish I had that loader to get that bit of extra lift capacity. That’s for watching and commenting.

First viewed your idea a while back and really thought it to be a very clever way to store the cylinder(s) safety supports! I jumped ahead of your design and did order the larger 2-1/2" plugs (referred as "pool plugs - #13 on Amazon) thinking they would be a better fit. The plugs I ordered have a pretty sharp taper and wasn't sure if they would stay in the tube on the F.E.L. Surprised that they are almost impossible to remove without loosening the wing nuts, so that worked out well. I cut my 2" PVC similar to your design but left about 3 inches on each end the full diameter., I drilled a couple of 1/4" holes on each end and installed wire ties (keeping the locking part inside the PVC for clearance) to make it easy to grip for removal. Good deal. Being able to stand up will make a world of difference when trying to see end of forks, etc. I know they have safety at the top of the list, but I think most of us are responsible operators. Thanks for checking out the videos and good luck with your tractor. 🚜

Where’d you get a Belimo hat? I did a job swapping out 66 actuators and they didn’t even give me pen…😂

Belimo rep left it at our office for one of our guys in purchasing and he gave it to me. We use a lot of their damper actuators and control valves. Put the pressure on sales guy. Make him give you Belimo wrenches to.
