This is called palmyra fruit or toddy palm fruit. The meat can be cooked as vegetable and the seeds can be eaten raw

Your choice of handle did not do the knife justice. You could have done better that those pieces of rubbers. And what is that fruit? Never seen that before. Its sounds like it coconut, but I know it is not.
