Making a DIY welding cart for my new Forney 190MP multi process welder. It has the ability to do stick, MIG and TIG welding and I wanted to make it a bit more portable with a cart. Eventually I'll make a table as well, but I think the cart will very handy in keeping everything handy and convenient during projects. Please let me know if you have any questions:)

@@kenbrake2828 i bought it online and local welding equipment stores. Just bought a MIG welder and those magnets. Too expensive at lcoal store. RM45 for two and just RM40 for 4 online. Saw it's available at banggood but it's too expensive. Never try it though. Rainy season over here in Malaysia.

Thanks for the inspiration. I just got a Millermatic 211 and was told my first project should be to build a welding cart. I looked on KZfaq for ideas and found your cart build so I ended up copying it for the most part. I have not built the drawers yet but they are coming. I used 1/8 thick steel as it was easier for me to weld. Took two weekends to finish, probably close to two full days. Wife’s not very happy as she hasn’t seen much of me :). Oh well...Thanks again!

Very nice cart build! The only things I would change is installing locking front wheels and making the bottle rack to hold 2 bottles because it's a Mig, Tig & Stick welder. Great job!!

Thanks Robin! Yes, this Forney welder is pretty darn awesome! The multiprocess option is super cool and this allows me to only have to worry about one welder. Not sure when I'll get to using the TIG function but the option to be able to is cool!

Very well done! Nice and heavy duty!! You may want to add a chain to hold your bottle though that needs to be 100 percent every time as we all know how dangerous a bottle without a valve can be! Keep up the great work!!

Nice. I also have the forney mp190 and I have the whole Tig set up as well. I also had to buy of course a separate tank for argon. Works really well. Wish that this model would of come with everything it's built to do. I spent the $199 to get the Tig torch made exactly for this model but jeez... like I said wish it would have been included.

Howdy, another weldcart video, guess I had to watch yours after all the chicken stuff.. I just build version 3 of my welding cart. There were some lessons learned for version 2, I have four casters so I can move it sideways, almost everyone seems to use straight wheels in back, I hated that. The other thing I fixed in version 3 was to have a cabinet to store stuff, instead of hanging it all off hooks, etc. Everything gets covered with dust and grinding dust, so having an enclosed cabinet keeps everything clean and tidy, and doesn't get caught on things when I roll it through my tight spaces since my shop is always packed full of everything.

Hey Joe. Excellent vid man. After I talked to you about your original budget welder the other day I looked at the Forney products. I was impressed with them. Pleasant surprise when I watched this vid and you have one!! Nice work on the cart. Also good to see that you can RIDE it if need be...lol.
