This actually sounds like it’s own thing, inspired by Illenium but a different sound. You can probably just turn this into a full original track

I think you're both right. Illenium's sound wouldn't exist without Porter, but I also think that the strand of melodic dubstep that Illenium took out of Worlds has heavily influenced a new wave of what's been dubbed by them as "sadboi edm"

I always thought that ableton had this.. y'know dry, distorted and crunchy sounding output and that one could never achieve it in flstudio, But this guy, right here, proved me wrong.. kinda happy about it. I knew DAWs doesn't matter but still had this feeling about ableton.
