Мне делали два топора таким способом лезвие сломались. Метал не тот Нужна индустриальная сталь. Как то так.

Такое чувство что кузнец -:аматор. Шмякнул пару раз молотком, подумал "и так сойдёт". Поварил, поварил - "нормально". В итоге видео обрывается и не понятно. Получился топор или нет. Рубит, не рубит -"не известно".

@@Aaron_Barrett может кому и сойдёт, но если разобраться, то прицепиться есть к чему, а именно - первое- ровное гнездо, без конусования, и хоть как заклинивай, а эта ,,сокира" всё равно будет легко слетать с топорища, либо сползать вниз по топорищу. Второе- топорище круглое, не хваткое,при работе будет просто крутиться в руке, что, само собой, нехорошо. Третье, это заварено абы как, делает вроде бы как на продажу, но сварку не зачистил, и из-за этого это ,,произведение" на вид не очень. Ну и обухом, как молотком точно не поработаешь, из-за косячной работы. Цыгане, хоть и жулики, но и то лучше этого сделали бы. Хотя, как альтернатива, когда под рукой лучше ничего нет, то тогда конечно, и такой топорик вполне себе сойдёт.

Ben a machinist for 15 yrs the water cooler it faster witch makes it harder and it's spring steel 150 is high on price but if you added a nice hand made handle or made one with a tang in it you would get more but the material is good and shud perform very well as a tomahawk

These are not new they been around since I was a kid, but they would make them out of a much lighter leaf springs and would give them to the women so they can cut like chicken or turkey heads, cut pig or cow bones, or would twigs to make the cooking fire, but they're not worth 150, mabe 15.

lighter axes are usually more efficient at cutting because the blades are thinner and have less resistance to cut, why most my machetes i make cut wood better than the axes i can buy, give the light ones to the men so they get more wood

150$ за это? нет уж, скорее 10$ , и то с доработками. Кости для супа на кухне рубить им самое то. Даже клеймо кузнеца поставить постеснялся и правильно сделал.

В Америке ж все богатые😁? Как там насральный говорил :), а если честно, то топор ( из-за толщины рессоры можно было сделать колун по типу Leverax, но только с чуть другим расположением проушины), топор стоит этих денег, только не удобно, что проушина у него круглая.

Hardening the steel by making it colder immediately by putting in water. This makes the steel hard and makes it cut easy
