I feel like 9 out of every 10 rappers that use FL are just using a mouse. I'm not knocking it at all. I just don't see how people aren't trying to maximize their workflow. I record everything in via midi in FL because the workflow isn't that great. You have to have the mixer up to add and change any sound. I personally wouldn't want to put that much time and effort into making a bearley mediocre beat. I never seen a mouse produce make anything crazy, it's just ok.

You'd be surprised how fast the workflow actually can be, and how many hit songs were made with just a mouse and a piano roll.
