I loved your coverage of ADHD a few videos back. Is there any chance you could cover your experience to do with relationships in terms of how ADHD has affected you or relationships you’ve had? I find it really difficult sometimes to navigate dopamine and alone time etc when also trying to keep stable relationships ❤

from what ive seen online - peel off masks are terrible for your skin and popping/removing black heads just makes your pores bigger :( apparently double cleansing with a good cleanser helps loads! I've been trying it for the past couple of weeks and I can really tell a difference! I use ELFs cleanser! I also use Niacinamide which helps to treat blemishes too!

pores don't get bigger, but extraction can damage your skin. Def rate double cleansing. Salicylic acid products can help too

Love your hair! a few inches off works wonders. Looks so healthy and modern if you know what I mean. Salicylic acid is great for blackheads; it actually cleans out your pores. Maybe don't use the scrub every day though, they can be a bit strong. Start with a couple times a week is my advice! (not that you asked...)
