I love how Master Kimura teaches the apprentice from 3:08 how to correctly straighten a wire after making a mistake. Mr Kimura makes sure his apprentice makes no bad habits. I wish there were English subtitles.

The respect you see in his disciples for their teacher is remarkable. Reminds me of like a 3* Michelin star restaurant everyone working in unison or at least being proactive.

fantastic video, very instructive. you showed few techniques which may be simple and trivial to experts like you but are like gold to people such as myself who like to do bonsai but do not have the time to study it in depth. thank you for sharing. One question: did you use lime sulfur on the deadwood? it's very different from the one I have seen, yours seems dense with a green appearance.

Michele Tartaglia Thank you for watching and your comment. Hope you can learn from the video. Yes, we use lime sulphur and mix with water color. It become white after dry.

How do you apply for becoming Mister Kimura apprentice? Thank you very much
@MrYoumitube4 жыл бұрын
I think there is an extraordinary cue to apply to be a Kimura apprentice. From what I know, he does not take apprentices unless they are vouched from respected Bonsai Masters and even then you would be lucky to be accepted.
