I'm curious how it orientates the capsules so they are all right side up.

One side is heavier than the other so naturally the bigger side tips over

@@littlepatw The difference in weight seems too little to consistently gett all of the correct sides flipped. Or is there a manufacturing trick to the capsules I'm missing?

@@littlepatw true but I've tried to Jerry rig a sorting device for something that is heavier than capsules and ran into a problem¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That’s funny because medical medicine can also be called drugs just like how recreational drugs are. Drug basically means a medicine or substance that has an effect on your mind and body. That includes medicinal drugs.
