Salaams cant wait for Ramadan. Got my dates this morning. The sister was soexcited in talking. We fast from sunrise to sunset. The meals are very nice. I dont eat heavy foods when i break fast. Have a great weekend.

I make curry stew and it’s delicious. You brown the sugar first and when it gets the color you want you grow in the curry mix with a little water and stir it together. I add my onion and garlic at that point ams stir it until your curry fry then add your chicken. And cook like you usually do. That’s how I saw a cook did it so I start doing it that way.

Hi guys dinner and dessert looks delicious I make curry stew all the time I would season the meat with the curry and burn the sugar when it raise to my liking put in the meat and let it well fry before adding water
