This was my first time making chocolate, before I bought a chocolate/dosa grinder, so I had to grind it by hand! It still turned out delicious but it wasn’t perfectly silky smooth. @@Alber605 Si, en eso tienes razón, tanto la palabra como el cacao son de México, sin embargo el comentario original da a entender que el método que se utiliza en el video es algo que hacían los Aztecas/Mexicas para preparar el chocolate, lo cual no es cierto ya que para llegar a este proceso y tener el chocolate de hoy en día se necesitó la intervención de muchas otras culturas y el paso de varios años. Lo que si se hacía aquí era la bebida tchocolatl, que era amarga y nada como lo que tenemos actualmente.

If you dont want to blend for 2 hours and beat for 5 hours, you can add some melted butter or coconut oil to the blender with the chocolate.

The cocoa butter is like a necessity in most recipes for chocolate along with tempering which she didn't do either I don't think so that chocolate's going to melt at room temperature and not have a good satisfying snap like most chocolate should

Ahhhhh this is a good question and I would say all the popular ones don’t taste very similar. You need to find an “artisan” or “small batch” chocolate to get a similar taste! Many grocery stores or health food stores sell these
