I am a have been a child psychotherapist for over 20 years. By far, this is one of the MOST useful tools I have ever learned to promote co-regulation. I am also a mother who uses Empathy Books since my son was 2 years old . The outcomes continue to fascinate me: my son just started encouraging me to do a "book" when I am sad, having a hard day or when we simply had an amazing day. Thank you for posting it again!
