try not to use creamer on the steam wand its not good for the wand to steam stuff like creamer, instead just use milk and add stuff like syrup and sugar after.

probably someone already said this, but use the stainless cup for frothing, and the mug for the espresso and that should help make your process smooth! You don't need that advice by now I'm sure ☕. Is the machine still working well?

I couldn't decide between this and the 3700. One website said this came out in 2022, and the 3700 in 2023, another website said they are basically the same, but the 3700 is easier to clean.

This machne does not make espresso, do not buy! CASABREWS CM5418 makes a disappointing coffee, never espresso. It returns back to amazon. LOL. What a piece of cr*p!!!
