How to make fenugreek paste using fenugreek powder for fast hair growth
Ingredients
1/4 cup fenugreek powder
2.5 cups water
1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions
in a pot, whisk powder into water
cover pot and warm on lowest heat setting for 30 minutes
make sure to stir occasionally so nothing settles on the bottom of the pot
After 30 minutes... whisk in olive oil
Let cool
Blend for 15-30 seconds
Voila!
Storage
Fridge: 2 weeks
Freezer: Indefinitely
** TIP: freeze the fenugreek in silicone molds and thaw each one as needed!
