A: "We don't need the breadcrumbs, if it was coated meat we would obviously use them" *meatballs fall apart* A: "We definitely should have left them in the freezer for longer." LOLOLOL breadcrumbs are used in meatballs to keep the meat held together. It isn't for the taste.

Sugarpop Forever probably both but the breadcrumbs are used in meatballs to hold them together. I think if they would’ve put it in the freezer for half an hour it would’ve been better than putting it in the fridge. But they still held their shape pretty well just have to let the brown all around and not move them too much because they will fall apart.

You need breadcrumbs so they don’t fall apart, I make meatballs all the time and never put them in the fridge just needed the breadcrumbs.

If you wet a paper towel, then put it underneath the chopping board, it will stop it from slipping. Plus use a veg knife not a bread knife to save cuts!
