Making Isomalt Mushrooms

You do such an amazing job. I wish at the end of your videos you would linger longer on the finished work so we could admire it for a while. I know we can stop the video, but a slow-mo look 360-degree view would be wonderful.

Yes! I cooked a little, bent and then oven dried on low temp...just to get a good solid curve!

Yes totally! Just do a search for edible moss…I don’t have a video for it but others do! It’s just a cake batter that you tear out of the pan after baking (or most ppl microwave) 🩷🩷🩷
