So what actually is denim? In this video we go into detail about what denim is, what indigo is and share what we have learned about the weaving and dyeing process. Understanding the fabric is a great way to prepare for making your own jeans.
Later we'll be covering what are the different types of denim, what washes to look out for, what jeans patterns are available for the home sewer, how they react when washed at home, what denim weight means and the difference in costs for denims.
