Apko aloo ke mixture me cornflour dalna tha khoob Sara binding ke liye.Tikki ki shape dekar cornflour slurry me dip karke phir bread crumbs me coat karke fry karna tha.It doesn't breaks n if possible keep raw tikki in deep freezer for 15 mins n then fry.

Add washed poha in tikki for it not burst into oil Dip tikki in dry flour, then cornflour with water mix then in breadcrumbs, you can repeat the same process to double coat to insure it won't burst in oil. Never ever do the process in palm, dip it in flour's plate with right hand then in wet mixture bowl with left hand and then use spatula/fork/washed hand to take out the tikki, let the extra batter drain by itself, put it in the plate of crumbs and coat it with again right hand, keep one hand dry for flour/breadcrumbs and one hand wet for water and cornflour mix. Freez the tikki for 15 minutes before frying and don't deep fry it, do shallow fry for perfect tikki results Thank me later 😁
