14:45 not need to use bearing on top of T-shaft. With this surplus bearing if you have any misalignment - you will have "wobble" problem with z-axis. But without this bearing... everithing still works good :-)

Заднюю сторону и боковые стороны просто зашить листами металла или даже просто фанерой (заодно стружка разлетаться не будет, да и на всех таких новых станках так по заводу сделано). Иначе тут фрезу шатает на 2-3 миллиметра минимум только из за рамы. Ну и дизайн всех 3д печатных деталей как будто они "из индийского булата отлиты", а не из PLA.

can I know which nut u used for your alu profile 2020? It seems can be inserted half way of the profile, where mine has to slide in at the very end, so once my structure assembled I can’t add anymore

Hello. It is an excellent project. I have some questions: 1. What is the size of the recording area? 2. What is the maximum size of the pieces that can be engraved? 3. What kind of materials can be taxed? (wood, plastic, acrylic, PVC, metal (aluminum)? 4. Regarding the machine that makes the engraving, could you change it for another similar model ?, to be able to use different types of bits for engraving. 5. In the video description I don't see the link for the STL files of the 3D printed parts, can you place it? Thank you and again congratulations on this great project.

Hi friend. because they are not parallel. or bushing were mointed not parallel. its very important to have axis parallel and bushing mounted to plate strictly parallel
