@@kimyona9746 | For a teen, 100 milligrams a day is considered safe anymore than that could cause problems. For an adult, around about 400 milligrams is considered safe, I think. Having even less than 100 milligrams can get you hooked on caffeine, though, so the fact that kids are drinking this stuff like it's water makes me worry.

I see some comments of people saying that their local stores have Prime in abundance. I live in Singapore, and since Prime is not available from any retailer, people have loaded cases of the stuff after buying it in the US from GNC in a shipping container. I heard of a supplier signing a 3.6 million dollar contract just to bring the stuff to Singapore. Talk about an overhyped drink.

200 of caffine is two and a half cups of coffee, most energy drinks have 200-300, red bell is like 140 i think. Average coffee is 80, tea and soft drinks are around 15 to 30 per serving. It's really not great to consume caffine as much and as often as we do in America. I can't have much anymore without it giving me anxiety and making my heart pound and blood pressure to shoot up, im just 25.

Most energy drinks have around 160 mg and America isn't that caffeinated compared to other places, in Sweden a normal cup of coffee is usually around 70-140 mg of caffeine with 96 mg being the average one. Not to mention that many latte have 4 shots of espresso in them as well.

Dude. 100mg of Caffeine is a lot. And 200-300mg is way too much. The max caffeine dosage anyone should take recommended is a max of 400mg a day before it effects you negatively. And 10,000 can kill anyone. Plus the higher caffeine it has, the more addictive it gets, so the more you take, the more you will likely take.
