If you want the water color to be a bit more painty then heres a recipe First you have your flower and at first you should dry it but if you dont have the patience you can microwave it or bake it. Next take your dry flower and crush them in a bag until it turns into fine powder. Then you can add water (if you dont have binder) and add baking powder also the flower is a purple pancy

This is a type of viola (pansy) there are multiple kinds and colors the blue may change depending on if paper is acidy or depending on the ph of what ever it's in. It's supper high in vitamin c it has antyinflammatory properties.
@Everettalla
@Everettalla Жыл бұрын
It’s a purple pansy. There’s probably a more specific name for it, but it’s used in butterfly pea tea! The color change happens here because the wet mix oxidizes in the air and dries rather than in tea where you would add lemon juice for the acidity. Very cool!

I do have a similar flower in my yard, and it’s purple morning glory. I tried to extract pigment out of them because they were pretty but after adding warm isopropanol to around ~50 flower tips, the dye when allowed to dry on paper turned blue even though it was a purple. It slowly changed to a grey, then brown, and lastly a deep reddish color. I wonder why lol 🤔
