Yes, You can make it as your need. Make sure to add sand to the mixer for better durability.

You should fill up the corner of joints with cement sand mixer for avoiding the water leakage.

You need to add multiple layers of cement. The layer should be a thin layer of only cement and water. After drying it make the cement and sand layer. Cover the corners with more thick mixer to avoid water leaking problem. All the best for your project.🌹

Yes you can. But it will not last long. Try to use hot glue gun.

You have to use multiple layers of cement. And for the finishing use cement and sand mixer. It'll be more stable.
