The first plot is better..close to a road, it is very crucial and the view is better... 2nd one looks very secluded and alone

If u want to live in quiet and peaceful place.. this place is best. But if someone want to invest, not a good option. It depends on personal preferences. Like Dholera and Gift smart city of gujarat are best Investment in India but Himachal and north east are the best to live in peace.

Do not want to ruin your happiness the property is amazing but as you mentioned that you want to witness the sunrise and sunset, but how you will do on this plot of land as the sun will rise and set on side of your home instead of in front and back of the house so look for a plot that has its front and back in the direction of sunrise or sunset good if it has its front in the direction of sunrise that is better as per Vastu Shastra as well. One more suggestion if possible buy a plot on the main road but if a land plot is not available on the main road or if you do not have a preference to buy a land plot on the main road then always go for a bigger land plot even it is a little bit inside(not too much inside from the main road)if you are getting it in same or little bit more price because it will appreciate better and you will be future proof for any upcoming plan with your house.
