✤ Ingredients (1 pizza)
-150g Bread flour
-Dry yeast 2g
-110ml of warm water
-3g salt (1 teaspoon)
-3g sugar (1 teaspoon)
-4 tbsp of tomato sauce (rice spoon)
-150g mozzarella cheese
-fresh basil
✤ Making
① Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and rest for 10 minutes.
② Add salt and sugar to flour and mix
③ Add yeast water and knead
④ Knead for 10 minutes and rest for 1 hour in a warm place
⑤ Tomato sauce, grind finely
⑥ Dehydrate and cut raw mozzarella cheese
⑦ After 1 hour, take out the dough and spread it widely
⑧ Put oil on the pan and wipe it
⑨ Place the dough on the pan and bake one side on the earlobe.
⑩ When it turns brown, turn it over and turn off the gas.
⑪ Put tomato sauce and cheese, and melt the cheese over low heat.
