This video perfectly illustrates the problem with snow plowing lots of snow. You quickly run out of room to push the snow. That's why snow blowers are a better option for large amounts of snow. Not only does a snowblower compact the snow down, it shoots it farther away so you don't get large snow banks.

When I clear snow from roofs, I blow the snow away from the buildings the same day, before it becomes too hard. Since I leave the backhoe on the Kubota as a counterweight, I use it to break up and spread the snow bank before blowing. This makes things much easier for my little BX25D, and avoids pushing it to its limits.

It looks like you are new to blowing snow. You need to keep the throttle constant. Also the snow that came down off the roof you should have blown the snow off to the left that was on the left otherwise you wind up blowin the same snow twice.

Would a l6060 with turbo make a big difference? What is your altitude? Remember naturally aspirated engines (non turbo) lose about 3% horsepower for every 1000 feet in elevation because there is less atmospheric pressure. Less air pressure means less fuel means less power! At 8000’ a naturally aspirated engine looses almost 25% power!

That snow that comes off of a roof after its sat for several days on it is heavy as hell...hard to do for me when I use a roof rake on it
