This knife will be awesome. I know it all ready. More than anxious to start turning the handle. Anyway, you'll find out how I stacked the handle material. There are stabilized Californian buck eye burl wood, antler and some fiber and nickel silver on the handle. Now I shall go to my backyard, work shop waiting...

Yet another one of your videos I somehow missed! I believe I saw the finished product, but not the making of it. Great work, I really like video footage of you piecing together that gorgeous knife.

The handles you make blow me away. I am a blacksmith who makes blades and finishes them too. I can put a nice looking handle on them, but you will far surpass my skills since you are purely focusing on handle and sheath making. Hey, If you have a cool idea for a custom blade that you can put a handle on, I can make one. It could be all your design.

Hallo Osmo, a further detailed making video. Let´s see how it goes on. Interesting scraps box. Is your vice not securely fixed? He wobbles sometimes in the video. Servus, Joachim

david john Huxtable Hi David, nice to hear that you have found that knife useful! And even your mom too! Don't be shy with that patina or small rust on the blade. It's part of the life of carbon blade.Just wipe or clean it dry after use, sometimes sharpening and it works for long time. 👍🏻 Osmo
