The 2 bottom rollers each carry 25% of the load. The top roller carries 50%. Having a stronger top roller is important.

Working on something similar atm, also scrap so still need a bearing or 2 and also at least 1 sprocket. If you take the ends of the sheet and give them a nice bend by having it just touching both bottom rollers and clamping down the top one before you curve the rest of it you will get less flat sheet on the ends. Takes some trail and error but works. For that reason i wont be putting my rollers closer together, infact im putting them wider. Have real big pipe for rollers, so will have to experiment a bit. Hope you are still at it!

Looks great and seems to work pretty darn good. And it is actually made of scrap instead of remnants of new steel.

Fantastic build, one of these is on our build list. I am surprised the top roller started to flex. If you went with a two inch top roller do you think that would overcome the issue of the flat bits at the end?
